Your PD. Your Goal. Your Choice.
Flex Time is your time.
Whether it is learning a new instructional strategy, targeting specific classroom management techniques, or turning an idea for your students into action, this is your time to reach your goals. |
What is Flex Time?Flex Time IS:
|
What is an Instructional Partner (IP)?An Instructional Partner is there to provide services you may want in your classroom, but also to assist you through the Flex Time process.
As a teacher, there are many demands on your time. It can be helpful to have someone doing the background work, assisting with goals and action steps, documenting, and most importantly, LISTENING and talking through things as you work towards your goal. |
Why work with an IP for Flex Time?Flex Time, though it does not require an instructional partner, has it’s deepest impact when followed up by this kind of support.
An IP can support you in research, assist with modeling, be a sound board, collect and analyze data, be another set of eyes, co-teach, and support you through the process, pitfalls, successes, and documentation of it all as you work toward your goal. |
